Aryk Shalhoub is an artist and writer based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Having attended Massachusetts College of Art, where he studied painting and primarily where he honed his style. During a trip abroad to Ireland he got mesmerized with writing and the painting there within; it was in that place that his first few books were formulated and planned. Though he never lost his obsession with painting, allowing the world building and narrative to bleed into the two as they are very similar.

In Aryk’s work, both painting and writing, he delves into the human conditions of faith, fear, and mortality. Often working in both mediums to evoke an emotional existential response.
